Department Overview

Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established in 1999 with the objective to produce professionally competent students for a career in Electrical and Electronics Engineering by providing value-based quality education. The department has a long and proud history of being one of the leading institutions for Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Our academic staff have wide ranging expertise in circuits and systems, communications and signal processing, control and power, intelligent systems and networks, and optical and semiconductor devices. Our key role is to educate the next generation of engineers. Our graduates and post-graduates are highly valued by the industries around the world. Our undergraduate and master’s degrees are aligned to our research strengths, and we are proud of the depth of analytical treatment and the specialized optional subjects we offer within our degree programs.

B.E – Electrical and Electronics Engineering

The Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is designed to provide a solid foundation in circuits, systems, communications, signal processing, control systems, and power electronics. Established in 1999, our department focuses on delivering value-based quality education to develop professionally competent engineers. Ph.D – Electrical Engineering

The Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering encourages original research in areas such as intelligent systems, communications, semiconductor devices, and power systems. Our experienced faculty mentors support candidates in contributing to groundbreaking advancements, preparing them for academic, industrial, and research leadership roles globally.
Program Educational Objectives (PEO)

Our program aims to develop graduates with strong fundamentals in electrical and electronics engineering principles and practices. Graduates will demonstrate professional competence, ethical responsibility, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
